LIVING IN THE PANORAMA
The architectural language of La Campazzina recalls the constructions of Milanese rural tradition, reinterpreting it in a contemporary key. Exposed brick, with its iconic vibrant red color, is the protagonist of the façade, paired with wooden accents that emphasize the materiality of the project and lend it a charm reminiscent of the past. The building’s aesthetics are further enriched by the lush greenery that delicately embraces the structure, creating a harmonious blend of architecture and nature.
The project’s objective is to bring to life a dynamic and lively residential oasis where one can breathe an atmosphere of total harmony and live in pursuit of psychophysical well-being and community. The large communal garden, as well as the numerous facilities available to residents, are designed as active spaces meant to add new value to social interaction and gatherings. In this perspective, the concept of home takes on new connotations, becoming a true microcosm of living.
Each of the 40 residences is designed to offer a living experience that combines the refinement of design with functional spaces. Available in various configurations including one-bedroom, two-bedroom smart and deluxe, and three-bedroom apartments, these residences adapt to the countless needs dictated by daily life.
