A philosophy that focuses on the needs of those who live in the residential complex
The rational architectural style of Socrate House is born form a philosophy that focuses on the needs of those who live in the residential complex, in terms of spatial, thermal and sound well-being. An intonated tension of lines, rectangles and pure shapes animated by the effects of the light delicately illuminating the interior spaces create a space of comfort and wellbeing.
An orderly and harmonious juxtaposition of simple shapes, underlined by bronze structures that frame the loggias and terraces, without however complicating the sharpness of the surfaces, make this residence suited to the needs of our times.
The two buildings are constructed on pillars that move the structure away from the ground, light, as if it were suspended in the air. The space obtained from this architectural choice is dedicated to the lush internal garden, designed to offer an open-air space where moments of relaxation and conviviality can be enjoyed.
